Why We Built This Site
Cooke County has no single clerk or database for every case. District Clerk Marci A. Gilbert keeps records for the 235th Judicial District Court, including felony, district civil, family, and some juvenile matters. County Clerk Pam Harrison serves the separate County Court at Law record route for misdemeanors and its civil, probate, guardianship, juvenile, and mental-health work. The two JP courts and each municipal court maintain their own lower-court files.
That split can make a simple docket search difficult. Cooke County also publishes weekly and specialized calendar PDFs, while Texas Online Records and re:SearchTX provide separate search layers with limits. The purpose of this resource is to connect those official offices, portals, and instructions in a clear local framework.

What We Cannot Do
Cooke County Court Docket is a privately run reference resource. It has no affiliation with a Texas court, clerk, county office, or state agency.
- We cannot retrieve an official docket or case file for a reader.
- We cannot change, continue, or confirm a court setting.
- We cannot seal, remove, or amend a court record.
- We cannot issue a certified docket, order, or filing.
- We cannot give legal advice about a specific matter.
- We cannot promise that a fee, contact, or posted date has not changed.
Only the clerk or court holding the original Cooke County record can authenticate a copy or confirm the current status and setting.
Search Partners
Some content pages contain search tools supplied by outside providers. Those providers operate their own services and establish their own charges. A paid signup reached through such a tool may produce a referral fee that supports this free reference resource. We do not control partner prices, coverage, or results. Confirm any useful result with the Cooke County or Texas court that created the record.
