Disclaimer

Cooke County Court Docket is a private reference resource, not a court, clerk, government office, or official record repository. Docket and case information can change without notice. Verify every setting, status, document, and fee with the Cooke County or Texas office that holds the original record.

Privately Operated Reference Site

This website is independently operated and has no affiliation with Cooke County, the 235th Judicial District Court, District Clerk Marci A. Gilbert, County Clerk Pam Harrison, any JP or municipal court, or the State of Texas. Government seals, names, links, and public information do not imply endorsement.

Accuracy of Information

Reasonable efforts are made to present useful information, but no warranty is given that any content is complete, accurate, current, or suitable for a particular purpose. Court contacts, portal coverage, fees, laws, and procedures may change. Clerical or technical errors may also occur.

Dockets Change: Verify Before You Rely

A docket is a working court record. Hearings may be reset, continued, canceled, or moved after a PDF or portal entry is published. Cooke County’s official docket hub warns that changes may occur after posting. Confirm a setting with the court coordinator or clerk and follow the latest order or notice.

Verify With the Official Source

Felony, district civil, family, and applicable juvenile records belong with the Cooke County District Clerk for the 235th Judicial District Court. County Court at Law records use the Cooke County Clerk route. JP and municipal records remain with the lower court that heard the case. Only the originating custodian can certify a copy or authoritatively confirm the current record.

Texas also distinguishes ordinary agency records from judicial and court records. The Texas Public Information Act, Texas Rule 12, and Texas Rule 76a address different forms of access and should not be treated as one universal request rule.

Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this website is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship. General explanations cannot account for the facts, deadlines, or law governing an individual matter. Consult a qualified attorney or the proper court about a specific Cooke County case.

Third-Party Search Tools

Outside companies may operate search boxes shown on content pages. They determine their own fees, results, retention, and terms. We do not control or guarantee those services. A paid signup may generate a referral fee. Any result should be verified with the court or clerk that created the original record.

Outbound Links

Links to Cooke County offices, Texas courts, statutes, portals, or outside providers are offered for convenience. We do not control a destination’s availability, security, content, or privacy practices. A link does not amount to endorsement.

No Records on This Site

The website does not host an official docket database or maintain personal case files. It cannot remove, amend, seal, certify, or correct a Cooke County record. Those requests must go to the originating clerk or court. It is also not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and its content may not be used for any FCRA-regulated purpose.
